AI Retrieves Context
When you ask a question, the AI searches your Knowledge Packs first using vector similarity (pgvector). Relevant passages are injected into the prompt so answers are grounded in YOUR data.
Isolated & Encrypted
Each organization's Knowledge Packs are stored in a separate encrypted S3 bucket with per-org KMS keys. No cross-org retrieval is possible — ever.
